We stayed for six nights and had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Each of the spacious rooms is a small villa, surrounded by well-kept gardens. Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk from the main shops. Sitting in the restaurant by the beach is great, but the sea is too shallow for swimming, with stones and coral at the bottom. However, most of the beach front here is like that, it‘s more of a diving destination. During our stay, there was no scheduled room service at all, but staff immediately adressed any requests we had, cleaned the room when we asked for it and gave fresh towels.The pool was very picturesque, always clean and great to cool off.

These bungalows are just outside the main strip and situated next to Baliwood Social Club. ( Exceptional venue)|The bungalows are immaculately clean and very spacious. Set back from the road so no traffic or bike noise. Staff are pleasant and helpful although English is a bit of a struggle. |Everything they could do for us they did. Lovely pool and sunbeds. The avocado and bacon sandwich for breakfast was superb. |Recommend.

The ladies were beautiful.There was no hot water at night which was inconvenient.The room had a weird pungent smell.

Called in to beach bar for a drink - the waiter was amazing . Made sure we had wifi and noticed my phone was flat so brought a charger to me - excellent customer service and cold drinks. Also made sure music was ok for us I will definitely be back well done

If you are looking for an affordable, clean, spacious room with air conditioning, wifi and a pool then this ticks all the boxes. ||- friendly service and staff |- clean space|- communal pool||There are very slight maintenance issues but nothing serious. It was a great stay and we would choose Onai again! |
