Great boat service to Nusa Lembongan! The whole process was smooth and well organised from start to finish. One thing we really appreciated was that the staff handled all of our luggage for us – we simply dropped our bags off and they loaded everything onto the boat, making the trip completely stress-free. The crew were friendly, efficient, and made boarding easy. Would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Nusa Lembongan. Just note that you arrive to the beach not a dock so wear appropriate clothing and shoes

We booked the ticket including the transfers through the reception of our hotel in Sanur. Bus arrived on time, luggage was taken care of and we only had to walk to the newly build port building. The ticket included also the return to Bali. When arriving on the island, the drive to the hotel was taken care of. Really nice people who work here! On the return day, the cafe at the beach of Arthamas served as meeting point and was great! Get something to eat while waiting and go for a last swim in the pool. We are really happy with provided services of all persons working there including the carriers who are experienced in loading and unloading.

Our family used the ferry from Lembongam to Sanur and it was great. Simple to book and pay online. When we Arrived there was a well appointed "waiting area" which is an air conditioned lounge with coffee and snacks. Plus an outside, waterfront area with a small pool, plenty of seating in the shade, bathrooms, everything you need. The staff worked well together to bring everyone's luggage on board and especially to help all the passengers aboard ... The waves were pretty full on but we felt safe and taken care of. Nothing negative to report at all, will use them next time
