Hello, I am really angry. The coconut you served me was obviously bad – it tasted sour and fermented. My wife and I told you, and we even brought the coconut to the kitchen ourselves so you could check it. And what happened? You brought the exact same bad coconut back to our table, without a replacement and without any kind of apology. Despite that, you still charged the full price for a spoiled coconut. And when we mentioned it again, we were even shouted at – we have never experienced anything like that. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have had many coconuts on Bali and Nusa Penida, and I know exactly what fresh coconut water tastes like – none of them tasted like this one. Greetings to the waitress who tried to hit us and the tourists who came over to help after hearing the shouting – with a big cooking spoon. No stars for the atmosphere either, because my wife was really scared that a fight would break out. Still, the view of the ocean from the restaurant was really beautiful. With just a little friendliness, you would definitely attract more customers in the future. Makasi 🙏🏼

I’m not happy with the lady, I believe she is the owner. I ordered several dishes and a coconut, and when it was time to pay, I double-checked the bill. She had changed the price of the coconut I ordered, and it didn’t match the price on the menu. Even after I pointed it out, she still insisted on charging a higher price. Honesty is very important. I do not recommend this place at all.

My girl got Salmonella from here and the whole holiday was wasted. I wanted to help the local business, but the food was really unhygienic. Don’t eat here.

Worst service, stinky food, unchilled drinks. And also too pricey for unhygene food and drinks which stinks! Worst cafe ever
