Angel's Billabong is one of the most breathtaking natural attractions in Nusa Penida. The crystal-clear natural infinity pool, formed by the ocean and surrounding rock formations, is truly a sight to behold. The views are absolutely spectacular, especially with the turquoise water crashing against the dramatic cliffs. It's a paradise for photography lovers, with stunning viewpoints in every direction. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as there is a short walk to reach the viewpoint. Also, pay attention to the tides and follow the safety instructions, as the waves can be very powerful. It's best to enjoy the beauty from a safe distance when the sea is rough. This place perfectly showcases the raw beauty of Nusa Penida and is definitely a must-visit for anyone exploring the island. The scenery is unforgettable, and you'll leave with some incredible memories and photos.
View on GoogleThe view here is absolutely breathtaking and unreal. It's definitely a place where I could easily spend 20-30 minutes just admiring how beautiful the scenery is. It's hard to believe that the rock formations and the pool is all natural. Definitely would recommend wearing shoes here especially if taking photos by the pools or with the view. Quite rocky and could get injured if wearing slippers.
View on GoogleAngel’s Billabong is truly one of the most beautiful places we visited in Nusa Penida. The clear turquoise water, unique rock formations, and stunning ocean views make this place feel like something out of a postcard. It’s an amazing spot to stop, take in the scenery, and capture some unforgettable photos. We really enjoyed walking around the area and admiring the natural beauty from different viewpoints. The waves crashing against the cliffs add to the dramatic landscape, making it a place you’ll want to spend some time appreciating. It’s worth noting that the roads leading to the site are quite rough and bumpy, so getting there can be a bit of an adventure. Also, be sure to follow the safety barriers and warning signs, as the ocean currents and waves can be extremely powerful. Overall, Angel’s Billabong is a breathtaking destination that’s absolutely worth adding to your Nusa Penida itinerary. The scenery is unlike anything we’ve seen before, and it’s definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bali.
View on GoogleAngel's Billabong on Nusa Penida is a natural tide pool set right into the rocky volcanic cliffs along the ocean. While the emerald-green water and rugged coastal scenery are picturesque, the experience is m hampered by extreme crowds of tourists. It is one of the most heavily visited photo stops on the island tour route, meaning you will likely be fighting with dozens of tour groups just to see the pool and snap a quick photo. It’s beautiful but not sure if it’s worth the hassle. Pro Tip: If you want any chance at enjoying the spot without elbow-to-elbow crowds, hire a private driver and arrive before 8am.

The crystal-clear water, dramatic limestone cliffs, and stunning ocean views make this place feel truly magical. The scenery is absolutely incredible and perfect for photography, especially during low tide when the natural infinity pool is at its best. The walk to the viewpoint is easy, and every step is worth it. Watching the powerful waves crash against the cliffs while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was an unforgettable experience. If you're visiting Nusa Penida, Angel's Billabong is a must-see destination. I highly recommend arriving early to avoid the crowds and enjoy the beauty of this amazing place. Definitely a 5-star experience!
