Release Nico immediately. Animals are not entertainment props, and keeping wildlife in captivity for profit is cruel and unacceptable. Ethical tourism should respect animal welfare, not exploit it. I will never support businesses that prioritize money over compassion and freedom for animals.

Had a lovely time, place is a little run down but the animals and staff were lovely. Got to ride Laura and Andrew and they were both very well behaved and listened to the guide well. Laura picked grass/food on our tour which was fine as no different to riding my horse out. Elephants had plenty of food and loved their scratches. Thanks again :)

A very upsetting experience. We were mistakenly brought to this place instead of the Bali Safari. We only chose the elephant feeding option, thinking it was a respectful interaction. But what we saw was heartbreaking. One elephant was alone in a very small enclosure, showing signs of stress (rubbing its feet, visible injuries on its ears). Monkeys were in tiny cages, staring blankly and pressing up against the bars when we approached. Two orangutans: one was banging repeatedly on the walls of its indoor cage, the other was outside, alone in a very bare and small enclosure. The facility also offers elephant rides, which are known to be linked to animal suffering. This is not a sanctuary. It felt more like a place of exploitation and confinement. I left with a heavy heart and hope that animal welfare organizations investigate this place. I do not recommend visiting.

Absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable. What should have been an educational or enjoyable experience turned into something deeply disturbing. The treatment of the elephants was clearly abusive—these intelligent, gentle animals were subjected to harsh handling, forced rides, and visible distress. There is no justification for exploiting wildlife in this way. Supporting places like this only encourages continued cruelty. I strongly urge others to avoid this attraction and instead support ethical sanctuaries that prioritize animal welfare. Animals deserve respect, not suffering for human entertainment.

Not worth it. We wanted to try elephant ride. Well. Actually what I enjoy - was only feeding them. There are too many animals in small cages :( You feel really pity for them:( Monkeys have no place to walk and spend all time and life there:( During elephant road - elephant timer was persistently hinted that we need to pay him extra. He said like he with his friend are volunteers and they are saving money to buy food for elephants. I said him, I bought my food as well. But he repeated this information about food for elephants 3 times. I’l tell you what was he speaking. “We have 10 elephants, 3 of them died because of bad food and because there is not enough of food for animals in zoo ”. I was like “ what ? Not enough fruits in Indonesia? He said me like “we have very big competition with other zoo, that’s why we don’t have enough food from market”. Kinda don’t believe this information - because for locals to buy fruits in bulk is cheap. So this man had 2 ways to ask money: 1)when he ask it for photo 2) when he was telling this sad story about zoo. This zoo always has customers, i checked dates - it’s full. But he wants to take money from nothing. Why after paying 80$ for zoo I should pay extra to this man? After this weird story we fed the elephants with our food and after Indonesian woman came to us with fruits(we need to buy) and feed another time🤦🏻‍♀️ Elephants are extra cute! But one ride is totally enough.
