Very delicious coffee!

We visited and ordered a matcha and a mochaccino, and unfortunately both drinks were extremely disappointing. It was clear that whoever prepared them lacked even the basic skills needed to make quality coffee. The drinks were poorly made, unbalanced in flavour, and simply not enjoyable. As a new business, first impressions matter, and sadly this was not a good one. If the quality of the coffee remains at this level, it will be very difficult for the business to retain customers. There is a lot of competition, and people expect a reasonable standard when they pay for specialty drinks. The owners should seriously invest in proper barista training and focus on improving the quality and consistency of their beverages. There is potential here, but significant improvements are needed. At the moment, this was some of the worst coffee we have had in a long time, and we would not return unless major changes are made.
