Had a lovely chicken satay meal, I have Celiac Disease and checked ingredients. Lovely meal, owners welcoming and friendly, checked if I was enjoying meal and good conversation about my indo travels. 8 tables set out on footpath and street. Family run business. I believe owner has been a chef on cruise ship and I think only open for dinner as school is opposite. Great find if you want freshly made local cuisine. Jazz music playing in background. Easy place to talk and listen.

Hubby read reviews for best warung in padang bai and found this amazing place to eat. We have arrived in low season. We are from Australia and for 230000rp approx $22 Aud we had the ribs with rice and vegetables which included grilled eggplant fried tofu and tempeh with cucumber and home made sambal as well as pork satay with native Goreng and vegetables as above. Topped off with two bintang. Wonderful service, nice ambiance, very clean facilities and the freshest food. Please try this warung on your next trip to padang bai... Oh and the Chilli popcorn white you wait is awesome

The owner is a real chef and the food is SUPER DELICIOUS! This place has a great atmosphere, they play a chilling-jazz music so you can enjoy your food and cold beer while talking with your friends or Pak Mur, the owner himself! He's a very generous man and also very kind, i went here two nights straight just to enjoy the food, the vibes, and the stories from Pak Mur 😁 I will surely visit here again on my next trip to Padangbai! 💪🏽

Thank you to the people that posted previously about this place. Our last warung experience was not so good so took wife some convincing....and what a fantastic choice it was. We had the stay and pork ribs. Pork ribs were spectacular...so too was the service of this locally run warung...

We spent few days in Padangbai and ended up having dinner here every single evening — and for a very good reason! 😍 The food is absolutely delicious, always fresh, well cooked and presented with great attention to detail. Everything we ordered was full of flavour and clearly made with care. Our favourites were the grilled pork ribs, pork satay and grilled pork — all of them were 100/100! 🔥 We honestly couldn’t choose a favourite because everything was so good. But what makes this place even more special are the owners. They are super friendly, kind and welcoming, and every time we came back they made us feel like regulars. ❤️ If you’re in Padangbai and looking for a great place to eat, don’t miss this warung! Great food, great people and a lovely atmosphere. Absolutely recommended — 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
