Amazing location before a boat trip to the Gili Islands. Great food, friendly staff, and excellent service. The hotel has three pools and is very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelling with children.

This was the third time my brother and I spent four weeks at the Puri Rai Hotel in Padangbai. We love this hotel! It is the perfect location for exploring eastern and central Bali and for scuba diving. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the ferry port and the dive centers. It has a large, well-maintained garden with three swimming pools, statues and a small temple. Everything is spotlessly clean. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the staff at the hotel and the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for your hospitality! We will come again!!!

The hotel grounds are stunning. So cool. The statues are weird and wonderful. The walls are epic. The pools are beautiful and well designed. The tiles - the construction of this place is amazing. Decent value, but don't expect to get a cheaper price booking direct - the booking websites quoted cheaper prices, which were reluctantly matched. Breakfast is fine. Service is generally average. Rooms are spacious. Second time we stayed here, checked in about 9/10pm and it took a while to find the booking. The bathroom was pretty smelly, electric jug didn't work and the shower water wasn't hot. The town is very touristy, and touting for products and services is common. I would stay here again. Hiring this place out for a wedding or other event would be off the chain.

Amazing stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, especially if you’re planning to travel to other islands, as it’s just a short walk from the port. The host was outstanding – super friendly and always ready to help. He arranged our transfers and even organized the ferry tickets, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was smooth and stress-free. Huge thanks to the host for making our trip so easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Great overnight stay 100m from ferry departure. Large rooms, very basic but clean and comfortable. Very reasonable price, nice surroundings with 3 pools. Offered breakfast on arrival after a long flight. Great people to deal with, organised our airport pick up and transfer, ferry tickets. Fabulous communication. We were able to check in at 10am on early arrival which was great. Fabulous cheap local dinner at Martini’s around the corner Highly recommend
