The cafe has a wonderful atmosphere with lovely views, reasonable prices, and a super friendly, welcoming male staff member with blue hair who made a great impression. However, a couple of operational details could be improved. There's a female staff behind the cashier started chatting loudly with another staff while guests were present, which detracted from the relaxed vibe. Also, sweeping the floor while guests are actively dining isn't ideal, as dust and debris can easily land on the food.
