Bali Santi Bungalows offers a wonderful, peaceful, and clean stay. The location is perfect, right by the ocean, though you can't swim in the sea due to the strong currents. However, their infinity pool—while not huge—is beautiful and quite sufficient. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, which seems to be a common highlight here! We found the pricing very reasonable, and their happy hour cocktails are both potent and budget-friendly. The only major downside is the Wi-Fi. They provide multiple passwords at the reception for different access points, but despite having a strong signal in our room, the connection kept dropping constantly. We had to rely on our cellular data. They definitely need to upgrade their internet infrastructure because digital nomads and expats will not be happy with this. Overall, a great place with just one clear area for improvement!

Wonderful beachfront bungalows. Really spacious, homely and comfortable. Beautifully laid out gardens and landscaping. Restaurant offering a wide range of Indonesian and western food and delicious cocktails. Lovely, friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in the #23 Flamboyant Villa-perfect for our family of 4 over Spring Break (late March 2026). The villa is your own private oasis amongst the quiet resort gardens. Two air-conditioned king bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, full open kitchen/dining area, sunbathing deck and lush planters surrounded the private pool. Close the door and relax with your family or step outside to enjoy the resort amenities. The resort is tucked away off the main road with a beautiful ocean-front infinity pool for guests, bar and restaurant (in case you don't feel like cooking), yet just 5 minutes walk from the main Candidasa shopping area. Our rooms were clean and well-appointed, with daily cleaning service. Staff were friendly and helpful. If anything was amiss, we only had to bring it to their attention and it was rectified immediately.

Day one of a week to spend here..pool & restaurant by the sea...private bungalows set in amongst lots of greenery.Short walk to multitude of small inexpensive waruns. Massage lady is super awesome- will be going through the menu
