Nice little place on the main road. You can see the mountain from the sitting area on the first floor. The service was very nice. We had decent breakfast.

I had dinner at Wayan Restaurant in Tulamben and had a very pleasant experience. The view of Mount Agung during sunset was stunning, making it a perfect setting to enjoy the evening. The food was decent. Simple, fresh, and satisfying. The prices were reasonable, giving good value for the area. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made the dinner comfortable and enjoyable.

After a good 10 days here, this has very much become my favourite evening restaurant. Fish and meat can be served quite dry here in Bali, but here it is always absolutely perfect, tender, with all the seasoning and sauces so very tasty. The photos don’t do the flavours justice of course. The settings is beautiful, with a stunning view of Mount Agung, and the staff are very very friendly. I’m tempted to come here every single night for the rest of my day, which is another week.

We stayed at Lali Jiwa Villa nearby and ordered from Wayan Restaurant almost every night after our first meal there — it was that good. Delivery was always very fast, usually within about 30 minutes, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Ordering by WhatsApp was simple and convenient. We tried lots of food but seem to always come back for the grilled fish, grilled calamari, and grilled prawns, everything is good really and portions are big as well. The grilled fish was especially memorable, and the homemade spiced sauce served with it made the dish even better. We also loved the selection of desserts and drinks. Everything arrived well packed, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. When you are in a new place, you are always a bit careful about what you order, but this restaurant completely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wayan Restaurant to anyone in Amed or Tulamben looking for delicious food, great service, and easy delivery.
