They are open early, so will come back for a morning coffee. Inyoman kongking will give you a tour of the salak (snakefruit) farm, and show you many types and give you fruits to taste. The coffee is like a carob flavour. Quite pleasant. The view is amazing, if not a little hazy, and its lovely and cool. You can purchase coffee, tea, and sweets It's a short walk from our accommodation at Bamboo house, Salacca inn.
View on GoogleAmazing place on the hill with amazing view. Pitstop for coffee? Sorted. Pitstop for good food? Sorted. Straight from the farm you get a big variety of salak(snakefruit). There is a tour through the garden (be carefull of the many spikes of the plants haha). There is a local spirit named Arak you can buy here. It tasted like a flowery rum. From the same fruit there is a coffee AND tea you can try (and buy) here. The owner is very very friendly. A great visit here.
View on GoogleWe stopped here on route to the sibetan rice terraces. We bought the farmer off guard, as he was not expecting any visitors due to being off season. Nonetheless, he stopped and took the time to show us his farm and the fruits he grows. He gave us samples of salak to try the different varieties. And also gave us taste of the products he makes such as salak arak. Please support these small business farmers.
View on GoogleA must-visit for fruit lovers! This agro-tourism spot allows visitors to learn about and taste various types of salak (snake fruit), which is famous in Sibetan. The guided tour is informative, and the fresh salak straight from the farm is absolutely delicious. Try the different varieties of salak and bring some home as souvenirs!
View on GoogleWe enjoyed a great tour of the snake fruit (salak) farm and got to try the different varieties right off the tree. He also has passion fruit vines. We brought some bags of salak “coffee” home for great unique Bali souvenirs! Nice experience not too far from the Jagsatru waterfall.
