The staff has no etiquette! My order was taken much later than the people who arrived after me! I was also seated in a place with no fans, while other tables were served by two or three fans! So, coming to this establishment, you risk being disrespected and not receiving good service. The food is mediocre; my fresh vegetable salad was sour and spoiled! I didn't eat it! The sea view is beautiful.

I left Joli Best View Cafe feeling a bit let down by the way things were handled. My order seemed to be delayed compared with people who came in after me, and my table wasn’t as comfortable as others nearby. The setting has potential, but the experience felt uneven enough that I’d be cautious about coming back.

If you are looking for arguably the best view of Mount Agung in Amed, Joli is the place to be. The cafe is spread across three levels, giving you plenty of space to find a corner and just chill out. I visited on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised by the live music at night, it created such a great atmosphere. The staff here are also very welcoming and make the experience feel personal. Note for visitors: I didn't see many breakfast options on the menu, though I may have arrived a bit late in the day for that. However, for a sunset drink or a late-afternoon hang to enjoy the volcano view, it is unbeatable. Unfortunately for me the pita bread was dry, but that's easy to dry it as it's a thin bread... Maybe they could use sourdough bread instead. Also, a bit more expensive here than other places. The view compensates it. Definitely a top spot in Amed to relax and enjoy the scenery!

Fantastic experience here for lunch. We stopped here to escape the rain. The girls were fantastic fun and really attentive. Food and drinks were superb. The views despite the grey sky, were fantastic. Would highly recommend
