I enjoyed my stay here so much that I decided to change my plans and extend. The staff are all very welcoming and warm, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the beach is great, and the location is close enough to walk to some of the best snorkeling spots (the staff are always willing to point you where to go) yet calm and tranquil. For harder to reach places like Lahangan Sweet (a must see at sunrise, pack a warm jumper), the staff are very willing to arrange their driver. The driver himself was very good, and I felt safe enough with him that I arranged for him to drive me to Legian. If you’re after a chilled and relaxing stay, this is a great choice.

Not good!|Messaged to ask if I could book a table for 10 for 8pm - fine - but they then said last orders were 8.45pm and closed at 9.30pm.|Moved booking to 7pm|Arrived and saw a large golf buggy - asked if we could get that back to our accommodation - yes, just ask security.|Ordered drinks and food. No orange, banana, mango or apple juice.|Wedges did not arrive and 2 of the pizzas were incorrect. No guacamole for the quesadillas.|We were then told last order was 8.20pm after being told it was 8.45pm.|This was rectified at 8.40pm to allow us to order another drink.|You couldn’t pay at the table and had to go to check out area.|A member of party tripped over a hosepipe.|They also don’t have a golf buggy, so no idea why the staff on entry desk said they did.|Not a good experience - but at least it was cheap-ish…..food was ‘fine’, not good, but OK.

Great location directly at the beach and breakfast was good. Rooms were big and directly by the pool. In front of every room you have a little terace with chairs. Great variety of restaurants right around the hotel. When we arrived there were stains on the bedsheets. We asked them to change it and when we got the room the new bed sheets even had more stains. That's when I stopped complaining because this said enough for me. Staff was generally nice but would chill with their phones on the pool chairs for the guests (also there were only three of these chairs in general) right in front of the rooms which I feel is not so respectful for privacy.

Great location right at the beach. The swimming pool is cool and the rooms are spacious. The cleanliness could be improved and the staff chilling on their phone could be done out of sight of the guests. But totally recommended for the price.
