Stopped by at this Mexican-looking shop on a hot sunny day. We were intrigued with the roadside board that says homemade ice cream. We got three scoops of ice cream for a less than IDR 30.000 and it was very decent. There were only six flavors selection and the avocado ice cream was a skeptical choice at first. It turned out to be the best one in my opinion and became my favorite!

Great food (I still dream of the shake), awesome people. While talking with the owner, found out he used to work at a dive shop. Talked about our dive on the Liberty and mentioned out son had swimmers ear and asked if he knew of any remedies. He said, "I'll be right back" , jumped on his scooter and came back a few minutes later with ear drops he grabbed from his old dive shop, then told us exactly what to get at the pharmacy (wrote it down in Indonesian too).

Best Ice Cream in Amed and nicest staff you can imagine! Normal food is also pretty good. Had an Ice Cream there every single day! Highly recommended!
