The food was exceptional, fresh, vibrant and full of flavour. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared with a strong sense of authenticity throughout the menu. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient without being intrusive. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and care put into the food. We ended up dining here three times toward the end of our trip and only wished we had discovered it sooner.
View on GoogleMy family & I had lunch at Murni's Warung during our visit to Ubud & thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered the Beef Rendang, Soto Ayam & Nasi Campur, & every dish was packed with flavour. Everything tasted authentic, home-cooked & truly Balinese. The Beef Rendang was tender, the Soto Ayam was comforting & the Nasi Campur gave us a great introduction to the local flavours. A special shoutout to the Perkedel Jagung! These crispy corn fritters were absolutely delicious & ended up being one of our favourite parts of the meal. Simple, crispy & seriously addictive! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great food, beautiful atmosphere & wonderful service. If you're looking for authentic Balinese food in Ubud, Murni's Warung is definitely worth a visit. We would happily come back again!
View on GoogleAn absolute amazing warung in Ubud! We stayed around the corner and we came here multiple times for diner and breakfast. The staff is so sweet and kind! They really want you to have a great time. It was so nice to see they recognized us when we came back the 2nd time. Thank you so much for the great food and vibes! We will definitely come back if we go to Bali again!
View on GoogleMurni’s Warung is an absolute jewel in Ubud! Overlooking the flowing river of the Campuhan and rich greenery, this Warung creates the feeling of being in a treehouse - giving it a truly magical aura. The meals were some of the most flavourful and delicious meals I’ve ever had in my life! The menu is a masterclass in Balinese cuisine, making it a wonderful way to learn about all of the flavour profiles of this lovely island. The quality is top-notch and the value for money is extremely generous. I stayed in Ubud for 6 nights and 4 of them I came back here. The Nasi Campur and Opur Ayam Bakar were my favourites, though I trust Murni’s Warung to put their own special spin on anything! Can’t wait to come back 😊
View on GoogleWe simply stopped in front to decide where to go for dinner and once we looked at the menu we were satisfied this was a good place. An original restaurant in Ubud with beautiful Balinese wood and a gorgeous view over the ravine. Service was exceptional as was the food. The food was served hot with excellent flavours and the ice tea was delicious. We ordered the Poor Ayam Bakar and Nasi Goreng. We also had the black rice pudding and banana crepes with ice cream for dessert - perfect. Would recommend 100% while in Ubud.
