We ate here because it was very close to our villa however, this is one of the top rated Warungs in the area. It is a fraction of the cost for most of the other ones around that have the same quality of food. We ended up eating here more than anywhere else because we really love the menu and the food and the presentation. The place is in front of a family compound and they’re happy to take you around their compound. They do basket, weaving, and wood carving, and several of the other crafts that you see and you can buy directly from The Artist if you’d like as well in the back. It is their home. As we say in the southern part of the US… “this is good groceries”.

So fresh, great food and wonderful service! I was craving something local, something filling and high protein after central Ubud today - this was exactly it. I ordered the grilled chicken, the shrimp salad rolls and black rice pudding. Everything was fresh and super flavourful. I ordered the grilled chicken for the “right” choice, but it did not disappoint! I also mentioned my phone on low battery and they brought me a charger without asking. There is a nice little outdoor seating area just off the street too so you are back from the chaos. Definitely recommend and I will be back!

Cute little family run place that serves real fresh food. Liked the hospitality from the owner and his family, the food also was tasty. The only downside are the mosquitoes in the night.

We had the vegetarian Nasi Campur and the chicken lettuce wraps, and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our meal here!

We visited Wayan’s Warung twice when we stayed nearby and it was amazing!! The owner (Wayan) and staff were all super friendly and attentive, the food is all so well priced and tastes delicious. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying nearby or in Ubud. A shame it is outside the main Ubud so it does not get enough customers because it is the best place to eat at!
