no wonderrrr ordering on gojek takes so long, they always make the order waiting for the driver to arriveeee! even though it was a non-cash purchase they still waited for the driver, if it's already paid automatically of course the customer already paiddddd and it should be prepared, no need to wait for the driver to arrive to start making the food, pointless for the food to be good if the service is this bad

The restaurant lacks effort. Staff don't hold the gojek/grab app, resulting in the order only being made when the driver arrives at the destination and the wait is very long. For drivers, it's better to just cancel orders here. And for customers, don't look for a restaurant that intentionally waits for you to starve at home
