Great food, lovely service, beautiful, cool serene space. Music good. Great free coffee with breakfast deal. Convenient location. One of the few places with all day shade and no construction noise nearby.

Really lovely café with great food and very good coffee. The breakfast quesadilla was excellent, and the latte art was beautiful as well. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d happily recommend.

Nice place with a varied food selection and friendly staff. However, with about two other tables eating at 9am in the morning, a roughly 55 minute wait for food was not good enough. The staff didn't make reference to the long wait - I eventually had to go up to the counter to ask for an update as we had hoped for a quick breakfast. This cafe has the potential to be very good but needs to be better with their wait times and being transparent with customers if there are issues.

I come to Shade a few times a week. Very comfortable space, WIFI, kind people, and delicious food. Love their breakfast combo (meal + smoothie + matcha/coffee) for one low price! (Note: cash only)
