Should I start with the beginning? I’ve come to this place once in awhile since ~2024, but now I am here more often. “Why are you going here?” - you might ask. They had me at …the good water. Water is important, so it started from there. Then it continued with the desserts, transitioned to their delicious coffee, then to the big screen available for whoever needs it, and today, Sucita bringing me this Yuzu (espresso-orange-tonic-water-rosemary) made my day deliciously better. And this might be the real beginning. Extra stars for the lovely ladies from the staff team.

I keep coming back to Schauberger for great coffee, lovely cake, chia parfait, granola bar and for the great atmosphere! While I am drinking coffee I usually have a nice talk with Gusti Kadek Sucita or I read a book about the great inventions of Schauberger which are simply amazing. That means I always learn something while being in Schauberger cafe!

Probably the best coffee in Ubud. And such a vibe to just sit and enjoy some pastry/desserts, too! Love it❤

This intimate vegan coffee shop provides exceptional service, particularly to Gek Kadek. The hot cappuccino and matcha, both prepared with oat milk, were quite satisfying. However, the standout item was the mandarin tart, made using coconut milk. Its refreshing flavor, balanced sweetness, and delightful texture were truly impressive. Additionally, they offer a dedicated workspace. This venue is worth a return visit.
