We miss Yudi and Erna already! What gracious hosts who operate an amazing villa. Everything is first class from their attention to detail, phenomenal breakfasts and their level of care to ensure a great experience for their guests. Yudi is a wonderful tour guide who took us on many day trips, sharing with pride the beautiful scenery that Ubud has to offer. If you’re planning a trip to Ubud, this is the place to stay. We are so grateful to have met Yudi and Erna and we feel like part of their family!

I was extremely impressed with the villa; it was truly like being in a tropical paradise. It was exactly as pictured (in my photo of the pool there is no umbrella, but the hosts provided one later). Yudi and Erna are fantastic hosts and their service was impeccable. Every day I was extremely full after breakfast (in the best way). The hosts have guests put in their breakfast orders via text message the day before, choosing from a set menu, and they bring the breakfast to your door in the morning. There were both Western-style and Balinese options. I fell in love with the Balinese nasi campur spicy rice and egg dish and ordered it nearly every day. Extremely flavorful. The desserts were also delicious. Room was clean and spacious. I felt one with nature while staying here, which is exactly what I was looking for on this vacation. It's hard to see in the photos, but there is a shower in the back corner of the villa behind the bathtub area, where you can experience the feeling of showering outdoors, a very peaceful experience :) It is about a 20 minute walk to more central areas, and the area around the villa is very scenic and quiet, with lush and beautiful greenery. Beautiful walking path through rice paddy fields to the north of the property. There are only two villas here. It is a small business run by two charming local people who are evidently very involved in their community. They were more than happy to answer my questions about the culture and even show me around Bali at my request. I recommend booking the airport pickup with the hosts if you are coming directly from the airport, as it will be much cheaper than taking a taxi (I learned the hard way). I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay here. Thank you Yudi and Erna for making my first stay in Bali such an amazing one. I will be back :)

We were so happy to have stayed here in the one bedroom pool villa. Stand out was the service and housekeeping, which was better than 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The area around the villa is perfect - away from the craziness of Ubud central but still lots of options for dinner including fine dining Italian, Indonesian and lots of cafes. The villa itself is gorgeous and perfect for couples. The service from the hosts was super friendly and helpful - they arranged a scooter for us and helped with suggestions and planning activities. Would highly recommend for a stay in Ubud.

My favorite stay in Ubud! Clean, private, quiet, heavenly. But it’s Erna & Yudi, the couple who own the villa and live nearby in the village, that make the stay so memorable - they went above and beyond and I felt like family by the end of my stay. Looking forward to coming back again and again.

Cozy and Convenient Stay in Ubud – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse managed by a lovely couple. The room was spotlessly clean, and the service was warm and attentive – they even gave us tips on local spots. The location is fantastic, right near tons of great food joints for easy meals. It's just a quick 10-minute scooty ride to the Ubud market area, making it perfect for exploring.
