We got a coffee in the late afternoon on a rainy day. It was the perfect place to sit and have a moment to relax. We got a piccolo, iced tea, and the owner had us try a new cold brew drink. Everything was amazing. I love coffee and am a bit picky, I like a strong, flavorful cup. This place did not disappoint! Our villa is nearby and I’m planning to stop by a few more times before our trip ends. Also, they had a tiny, delicious cookie that came with the piccolo, so good! I also appreciated how sweet the owner and employees were.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, some delicious food and a cool modern style. My girlfriend also ordered a latte, which isn't really my thing, but I tasted it anyway and it was literally perfect. So for good food, good vibes and good coffee, this place is definitely worth a visit. My girlfriend doesn't eat meat and only fish, so they swapped out the bacon for smoked salmon on her omelet which is super considerate. Thank you Noble Cafe 🙏🏻

I don't usually leave reviews, unless I'm either completely amazed or very disappointed by a place. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I've noticed this new cafe in Ubud. It looks rather sterile for my taste (everything is gray, empty, with a dash of metal and blue accents from the tables and chairs). One day, I tried their coffee. There was one staff in the cafe and it took her 20 min to make 2 coffees. (No other clients in the cafe at the time). The coffee was average, 6 out of 10, with indulgence. It's a new business, so I just assumed the staff is not well trained yet and it would get better in time. I didn't order food on this occasion. As I'm not into the gray, communist aesthetics of the place, I asked my gf to get the famed ricotta pancakes take-away next time she passes by. People rave about them in the reviews. Ricotta pancakes are generally fluffy, jiggly pancakes, so much softer than regular ones, they melt in your mouth, due to the batter being mainly ricotta and not regular flour. The photo displayed at the entrance of the Cafe looked enticing. The real products was anything but :( ● First of all, they are TINY! These are not pancakes, they are tiny picklets. Not enough for breakfast, even for a child.. I've added a photo, you can check out the size of their take away bowl and the tiny picklets in it, compared to a regular female hand. ● Secondly, I don't think ricotta was even in the proximity of this product. There's no fluffiness.. They are quite dry. I've had better pancakes virtually everywhere else. I don't understand how people left such raving reviews about this product, unless they were paid to do so, or they were made by someone else, with a completely different recipe than what I got. ● Price: 86k IDR for the tiny pancakes after tax. All in all, no value for money, no atmosphere that would make you want to linger in the cafe, rather slow service and the food tried (pancakes only) was a sore disappointment. I hope their other food is better, but I won't risk it. Do yourself a favour and try any other cafe on that street, there are many, different price ranges and atmosphere: from the new & stylish Manna next door, to the relaxed & artsy La Luz, and of course, already Bali royalty Wayan's Coconut Juice bar, which also serves food in addition to their amazing juices.. I’m not sure why anyone would leave a bad review on this place. We tried the pancakes, truffled scramble and BBQ burger. The food was outstanding. We highly advise the scramble and the burger!!!! The flavor combo of the truffle scramble was absolutely outstanding. What a gem this place is!! Drinks were also fantastic. Loved the mango coconut smoothie.

We had a wonderful brunch at Noble Cafe and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Rosti Truffle Scrambled was rich and flavorful, the Classic Eggs Benny was perfectly done, and the truffle fries were incredibly tasty and hard to stop eating! The coffee was great as well and paired perfectly with the meal. Highly recommend Noble Cafe if you’re looking for a delicious brunch spot. We’ll definitely be back!
