We had the most wonderful dinner here to celebrate a birthday, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the perfect tone for a special evening—beautifully lit, welcoming, and elegant. ​ The food was spectacular, Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. A massive, special shout-out to Jimi and Anggraini! They went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome, paying attention to every little detail with such warmth and professionalism. We will definitely be back!

Brie is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Ubud. What sets it apart is that they make almost all their own cheeses in-house (everything except the Parmesan) — a level of dedication you can taste in every dish. The layout is stunning, the service immaculate, and the staff are some of the friendliest I've encountered anywhere. Every plate arrives looking exactly like the photos on the menu, and the flavors more than live up to the presentation. The cocktails aren't just drinks — they're an experience, with a real sense of journey to how they're served. Our waitress, Triani, was fantastic — informative about the food, attentive, and professional throughout. With such variety on the menu, there's always something new to try. Top-end quality, service, and location, yet the prices remain very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We had such a lovely lunch at Brie. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and perfect for slowing down. One of my favorite moments was watching the fresh burrata being made in-house, it made the whole experience feel even more special. We ordered the Fried Halloumi, the Baked Brie, and the Mini Burrata Pizza, and everything was delicious. You can really taste the quality of the fresh cheese. The staff were also welcoming and attentive without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a relaxing meal in Ubud, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. I’ll happily come back again.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Brie Restaurant & Cheesery. The ambience was beautiful, the food was excellent, and you can really tell the quality of the ingredients, especially their signature cheeses. What makes this place even more special is that they are home to Bali’s first in-house cheese factory, which makes the experience feel truly unique. We also loved their cheesecake shaped like a cheese, such a creative and adorable dessert presentation. The service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special dinner experience in Ubud. We will definitely be back!

Came here for dinner and had a great experience. It was fun to see the open kitchen and cheese factory on the first floor. They make their own cheese and pasta, and you can really taste the freshness in the pasta’s texture. The cheese is creamy, soft, and delicious. Must try: Baked Brie with Tamarillos. It’s fantastic!
