I remember the first time I came to alchemy in 2015. This place was known for its breakfast bowls buffet and salad bar. You could choose from fruits, types of granola, different flavor and color smoothies and of course.. coconut whip. It was a dream for me. The colors, the flavors. The beautiful way in which it is presented. And beyond everything being divine on their menu, I will share a photo of the breakfast bowls buffet because it’s my favorite!
View on GoogleCame in here for a very late lunch. Ordered a Jackfruit Wrap and Rosella Chai. The sweetness of the jackfruit and carrots were nicely balanced by the leafy vegetables in the wrap. While the smell of the avocado complemented the aroma of the jackfruit. The Rosella Chai was really nice. It had a really lovely berry aroma, that was actually part of the taste when infused in the tea. The staff here are friendly and welcoming in that lovely Indonesian way. Would visit again.
View on GoogleIf you like eating, healthy, and raw food, this is a very good place to stop. It does seem to serve the visitors more than locals, so expect the type of pricing that goes with that(in the $15-25$ range for a drink, a main course in a desert… it is worth it though: delicious and filling! There’s a very chill atmosphere with beautiful music playing in the background. The staff are sweet and helpful. My drink: a fermented coconut lime. My main course: a Mexican dish and the longer dessert was called an “alligator bar” or something like that. The extra desserts were sent to me by a friend in Bali when he found out I was there… All I know is that they were super delicious and one of them had hazelnut in it. 😋💖
View on GoogleAlchemy is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. During our stay we enjoyed many meals here. The food is carefully curated with a variety of flavours that left us wanting more. Thank you for the beautiful food and hospitality!
View on Googlenice spot for a relaxed meal, tea, journaling, or getting some work done. The food isn’t particularly outstanding, but it’s consistently good and offers plenty of healthy options. I sometimes find it challenging to find the perfect dish for my Asian palate, as many of the options are served cold, while the hot dishes tend to be more carb-heavy. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it easy to stay for a while with a laptop or journal. There’s also a lovely grocery shop next door with a great selection of healthy foods, snacks, incense, and jewelry. My go-to order is the miso soup with zucchini noodles, vegetables, and seaweed. Sometimes I add tempeh on the side for extra protein.
