A hidden gem in Ubud - the food is wholesome and made with love. Delicious flavours and a great menu with variety and unique dishes using only local and organic ingredients. I had the Tempe curry this time and it was like a hug in a bowl. I’m coming back soon for the stuffed pancakes! Wulan runs this place on her own and deserves our support. Please visit if you can🙏🏼

Nice little warung with just 4 tables. The menu has some creative names and the food is tasty here. Wulan is very friendly and she is making all the food by herself.

Wulan’s Warung – A Rare Vegan Gem in Ubud After three weeks of doing a self-guided vegan food tour across Bali—sampling everything from the most expensive vegan restaurants to the tiniest roadside warungs—we can confidently say that Wulan’s is one of the absolute best. We’ve eaten every single item on the menu, and every dish has been consistently delicious. Unlike many places around Ubud that tone down their food for Western tastes, Wulan’s serves authentic, flavourful vegan meals with just the right amount of spice and heart. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are incredibly affordable. Whether you’re vegan or not, Wulan’s is a must-visit for anyone who wants real, soulful food in the heart of Ubud.

I really wanted to like this place. I like to support small vegan restaurants. But... I think, you would be ok, if you can eat spicy food and don't have a problem with it at all. I have a stomach issue and can't eat spicy. Ordered one item on the menu, which said not spice next to it (naughty tempe curry), also told to the lady who is cooking (Wulan, I assume) that I cannot eat spicy, to please make it not spice and without chilly. She brough it out, it was like a rice, tempeh and veggies. So the veggies were quite spicy. I told her that it's spice and I can't have it, she started arguing that it's not spice at all, there is no chilly in it, only some ginger sause. I said ok, ginger sause also makes it spicy, at least for me. Then I asked if she can remake the veggies only without that ginger sause, she said she doesn't understand how to do it and she kept telling me just to cancel the whole order. I said it was not my intention to cancel, I just wanted one think remade, because it is spicy for me. In the end, what ruined the mood was attitude of the lady. You can't have this much attitude if you work in hospitality.
