My husband and I are pleased to say the experience we had at Cascade restaurant was spectacular. First the service is beyond perfection without mentioning the food. Excellent quality since entrees until the main dish. When booked, we asked for a table with the view because we are celebrating our honeymoon and surprisingly after the amazing experience they came up with a dessert and congrats us for the honeymoon. Just speechless, thank you very much.

We went to the monthly BBQ at Cascades at Viceroy and wow… what a night. The setting alone is worth it. It is all outside, overlooking the valley, candles everywhere, so romantic. Such a gorgeous atmosphere. I loved that we could pick our own meat and fish before it was cooked. Everything looked so fresh and the quality was next level. Absolutely incredible flavours. And the wine… wow. So well paired and generous, it really made the evening feel special. A big thank you to Agung Darma, Ketut and Adi for taking such great care of us. The service was warm, attentive and seamless all night. And of course Chef Gerry, who absolutely nailed it. This place is a must visit if you are in Ubud. Perfect for date night, special occasions, or just when you want a truly memorable dining experience.

Excellent food and service, I've trued many dishes and everything was amazing. The best spagetti ever! Very good with dietary requirements. Amazing chefs

Solid cuisine in a beautiful open air setting overlooking the river gorge with very attentive service.

Everytime I think about my trip to Bali, I always think of Cascades first (and Viceroy Bali of course). It’s such a special place because the food is amazing quality and almost fine dining, but it still feels so authentic and relaxed. What really stayed with me was the staff. They are locals from Nagi village (where the hotel is located) and some have been there for almost 20 years (since the hotel opened). You can really feel that in the service, it’s just so heartfelt and genuine. I can see why Kim Kardashian and her family chose to dine here when they were in Bali! The standards are so high but it feels like a home. The breakfast was incredible and we loved the cocktails and social hour too. Thank you so much to the team for welcoming me and my family. We were so happy here and will always remember it.
