A wonderful dining experience with delicious Indonesian food with and a subtle Japanese twist. The gado-gado was excellent: the peanut sauce was rich, tasty, and perfectly balanced the boiled vegetables. The beef rendang was also full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The setting made the evening even more special: relaxed, by the pool, under a clear Balinese sky. Our server, Arnity, was excellent — warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the dishes and ingredients to us. A lovely place for great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

We have eaten multiple times in this restaurant and we can totally recommend it! We are Italian and we take food really seriously: this restaurant is really worth it. Every plate is excellent. Particularly good: duck 3 ways, octopus salad. Also, the guys who work there are extremely kind and professional. Thank you all

The place is wonderful — incredibly beautiful in every detail. There’s a soft, relaxing sound of falling water, and from the very beginning we were warmly welcomed. We arrived completely soaked after the rain, and the staff kindly provided us with clean towels and access to a bathroom with a hot shower so we could warm up. That level of care made all the difference. The food is outstanding. We had an octopus salad that was perfectly cooked, followed by a teriyaki salmon that was absolutely delicious. And the lava cake is a must — don’t skip it. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Very good food - very good team - we came twice during a short trip in Ubud as we enjoyed the first night ! Kudos to the all duck plates and desserts ! It deserves the 5 stars !

The Orchid is an amazing place. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Gade answered all our questions and provided excellent care to us. When I come back to Ubud I will be coming here again! They have happy hour and the food is delicious. We ordered the salmon and duck.
