Wow! This is one of the best rendang I have ever had

Been coming here for years, and probably still the best nasi padang around Ubud, although used to be better. They never seem to have sambal hijau, the rendang sapi is too tough, and they mentioned one of the cooks had left. (An excuse for having run out of something early in the day.) Current staff not welcoming, appear indifferent, so service used to be slightly better although never wonderful. Badly needs reinvigoration. Yet, still overall recommended because competition for nasi padang is not high-standard in the area, and so many other places are over-priced and tourist-oriented.
