I keep coming back to this restaurant, not just because it's part of a beautiful resort, but because they serve the best duck fried rice I’ve ever had. Seriously, it’s that good. The place is quiet and peaceful, i think not because it lacks quality, but because it deserves more exposure. That makes it even more special to me. It's one of those spots I love sharing with my family, friends, and loved ones, because when you care about people, you share good food with them. Live music on weekends adds to the experience, making it a wonderful spot for a relaxed meal. The menu is wide-ranging, with plenty of protein-heavy options and dishes beautifully presented. We enjoyed the Pad Thai with egg, tofu, and chicken—perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. The crispy duck (Bebek) was another highlight, expertly cooked with a crisp exterior and tender meat. For those who love spice, the Tom Yam soup is delightfully bold, but the heat level can be adjusted. If you prefer something milder, the chicken and mushroom soup is a comforting choice. To complement the meal, Ubud Kitchen offers a full juice menu and cocktails, making it easy to find the perfect drink to suit your taste. Whether you’re craving bold Thai flavors or classic Indonesian dishes, this spot delivers on both quality and ambiance. Very friendly service beyond the care of Balinese hospitality is evident here.
