We walked all the way to this place because Google says they’re open until 2:00 AM. We arrived at around 1:22 AM, but were told they were no longer accepting orders. If your kitchen closes much earlier than your advertised hours, update your business hours instead of wasting people’s time. The most frustrating part was that the staff were still sitting inside, drinking coffee and chatting while turning customers away. We left hungry, had to buy water at a nearby store, walk back home, and order food from another restaurant. If you advertise that you’re open until 2:00 AM, then serve customers until 2:00 AM—or clearly state the last order time. Don’t mislead people.

A Hidden Gem I’ll Always Return To I accidentally found this coffee shop when I was actually heading to a French bakery — and I’m so glad I did! They happened to be hosting their Cup Tasters competition that day, so it was lively and a bit noisy at the front, but I found a quiet spot in the third room to enjoy my coffee. After having mostly disappointing coffee on our way from Surabaya, this place completely blew me away. The baristas clearly know their craft, and their signature drinks are outstanding. I tried the Ibu, Merlin Monro and, the Guava, and my absolute favorite — the Ibu. I fell in love with it instantly!!! In fact, we came back every single day, and even on our last day in Ubud, we made sure to stop by for one last Ibu before leaving. I only regret not realizing sooner that they’re open until 2 a.m. — I would have loved to try their cocktails, which I’m sure are just as amazing as their coffee. Next time I’m in Ubud, I’ll be back here for coffee, food, and a late-night drink. This place is truly special.

The food and beverages were good, the prices were quite reasonable and not too expensive, and the ambience was nice. The service and the owner were also very nice and friendly. Definitely will be back here!

Chill spot with amazing spiced coffee! Kayun Pure Coffee+ is such a cool place to relax. Their signature coffee mix with cinnamon, clove, and honey is super unique — it smells amazing and tastes like Bali in a cup. You can really tell they care about the coffee they make. The vibe here is cozy and calm, perfect for sitting back and enjoying your drink. Staff are nice, though service can be a bit slow when it’s busy. Prices are okay, and the place feels authentic — not too touristy. I tried one of their juices too, but the coffee is definitely the highlight here. If you love trying something different, this place is worth a stop!

I saw that their coffee beans are roasted in-house by skilled roasters who are passionate about their craft. Each roast is a work of art that guarantees a flavor explosion in every cup. I really like it, the atmosphere and taste.
