This is a unique, interesting and special place. It gives a very old Balinese feel. We watched a traditional dance on the outdoor stage, we explored the museum and art gallery too, all surrounded by beautiful statues, rice terraces and ponds filled with Lillie’s and fish. We had the family villa which was again a very unique experience but is sadly in need of some upgrades. We also experienced a lot of bugs both in and out of the rooms. The outdoor bathroom was a lovely touch but the rooms were basic. However , we enjoyed our time here as the service and people are incredibly helpful. There’s a lot of steps and walking but this didn’t put us off.

Great first impression of Bali. We had a wonderful time at this resort and had an unforgettable experience. Everyone working here was tremendously kind and polite. The cooking class experience was amazing and a great massage at a reasonable price. Thank you :)

Dear Team of ARMA, we visted yesterday you Show of the traditional dance „guk“ and it was very cool. Everything was nice and cool. The Show was amazing and very interesting. They also offered food and drinks and were really keen on making the best Trip possible for you. Definitely a Must-see and a recommendation. Thank you! 🫠

This resort is stunning. You step off the busy streets of Ubud into paradise. The grounds are extensive and lush, with lily and fish ponds, ancient statues, temples, a museum with all kinds of artwork. This place is stunning. You’re not in the centre of Ubud, it’s a 25 minute walk along a street with restaurants and shops. But there are plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars just outside the entrance. The staff were so nice. I stayed in the family villa which was unreal. You enter into a beautiful courtyard through an ornate building. There is a pool separating the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re with young children, the rooms aren’t connecting. If I return to Ubud, I would definitely stay here. Truly stunning and special

This museum turned resort is so beautiful and a great place to stay. It’s located in a park with its own river and the whole complex is very tasteful. The breakfast was great - the buffet is small, but you can order everything from American to Indonesian breakfast dishes - , the spa also very good and you can attend traditional dances every evening, visit the museum and take classes or curses, like silver making. It’s close to the Center, just a few minutes by motorcycle to the Palast and monkey forest etc. The rooms are very clean, but my bathroom was old and in need of some new appliances. The rest of the standard room was generous and nice. But the most outstanding is the friendliness of the staff. I know Balinese people are very friendly in general, but the people working there take hospitality next level- they genuinely care. If I come back I will go there again!
