During my Internship in Bali, I always visited this ’warung’ (small, family-run shop). The owner of this ’warung’ is Mrs. Ida. She is a friendly and energetic woman. She sells many tasty and healthy foods and juices. Mrs. Ida also serves Halal food for Muslim, so don’t worry if you are looking for Halal food in Ubud. The foods and drinks are very delicious and affordable for Indonesians and foreigners. Her English language skill is limited but she knows some basic vocabularies like rice, water, meat, fish, etc. You can teach her your language, then she will teach you Bahasa. Highly recommended for you!

Halal food around Lodtunduh Market, just walking distance from Gino Feruci Villa. Staying at Gino Feruci Villa in late 2018, we weren't sure about the halal status of the food, because during breakfast we saw they also provided Pork dishes on the buffet table. So I twice chose to have breakfast at this warung instead. The female vendor is a native Balinese Muslim. The taste is quite decent, especially if you come before noon, the food is still fresh. Affordable prices typical of a warung.
