Wow, this place is absolutely spectacular! Restaurant is right on a large river and in a seven story high-end hotel with a rooftop sunset lounge that overlooks a Jungle Infiniti Pool!! My wife is a total foodie and was adamant in telling me this was her favorite waiter of all time, Calvin! Food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny what a find! My wife also has a lot of food. Sensitivities and Calvin‘s attentive and attention to detail made her feel so welcome and safe and just wow!

We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. A very special thank you for making our son Louis’s birthday so memorable. The beautiful room decoration was such a lovely surprise, and the birthday cake was a thoughtful touch. During dinner at the restaurant, the staff even came over to sing “Happy Birthday” to him, which made his day extra special. He was so happy, and it created a memory our family will always cherish. There were so many wonderful staff members who looked after us that it’s impossible to mention everyone by name, but please know that every single person we met provided exceptional service with genuine warmth and care. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend your hotel to our family and friends!

Sthala Ubud Bali, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel truly made our stay in Ubud memorable. Nestled by the river and surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel perfectly captures the calm and natural beauty that Ubud is known for. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and ideal for anyone looking to relax and enjoy Bali’s tranquil atmosphere. A special highlight of our stay was dining at Sungai Restaurant at Sthala Ubud Bali. The setting overlooking the river is absolutely beautiful, especially during breakfast when the fresh air and jungle views make the experience even more special. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I would especially like to mention Vika at Sungai Restaurant. She was exceptional throughout our visits—always smiling, attentive, and going out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy really stood out. It’s staff members like Vika who make a place truly special and memorable. Overall, our experience at Sthala Ubud was fantastic. Between the serene location, excellent food, and outstanding staff, it’s a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud. 🌿✨

Sungai restaurant at Sthala Ubud served us with super delicious BF and dinner spreads during our 4 nights stay. Dont have enough words to talk about the super spread in BF with live counters of eggs variety,pan cakes n waffles, noodle soup, indian and Indonesian dishes alongwith english n american delicacies n a huge spread of fresh cakes n pastries. Outdoor seating arrangement along the riverside was absolute delight.Variety of Cocktails n BBQ on a topcovered open outdoor looking into swimming pool, river and jungle greenery at any time of the day lunch or dinner was just epic. The peak of hospitality n service at all times made our stay super comfortable. One name which I will remember is CIPTA who personally took a lot of care to see that how she could make our dining experience much better . We loved communicating with her as she understands business well. So five stars to everything at SUNGAI. Keep it up. 💯

The staff was so helpful and sweet. I loved Mira and Ayu had great recommendations for what to order on the menu. They were very sweet. The food was delicious. A great experience for a traveler that just wants to eat. For breakfast, I had Mesya as my server and she was very sweet answering questions about the fruit tree I was curious about. The buffet had lots of options, from Balinese porridge to omelettes. My room was very nice and spacious. Balcony had a great view of the infinity pool. I enjoyed this hotel so much
