Visited Semar Kuning Restaurant and tried both the Crispy Duck and Smoked Duck dishes. The duck was decent, but overall the food didn't quite meet my expectations. The flavors were acceptable, though I felt the dishes could have been more memorable. On the positive side, the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was also pleasant, with a nice setting that created an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, while the food was average for me, the excellent service and comfortable ambiance helped make the visit worthwhile.

A hidden gem for lunch with a beautiful view! If you’re looking for a peaceful spot with good food and reasonable prices, Semar Kuning Restaurant is a great choice. They have plenty of vegetarian options available. We ordered the Nasi Goreng (don’t remember the exact name), and it was one of the best Indonesian dishes we tried during our trip. The pumpkin soup was another highlight—rich, flavorful, served in a huge portion, and absolutely delicious. They also served complimentary chips, which was a nice touch. One small suggestion for the restaurant would be to let guests know that the accompanying dip contains shrimp, as my wife is vegetarian and wasn’t aware. Thankfully, it wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be for other visitors. The restaurant is very budget-friendly, and the scenic view makes it a perfect place to enjoy lunch with your partner. Just keep in mind that they are not open for dinner, so plan your visit accordingly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Semar Kuning Restaurant for its great food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent value for money.

Stopped here for lunch straight from the airport before heading to Dhanakha Resort Ubud, great first impression. Spacious with ample parking and very vegetarian friendly. We had dal roti plus local favourites like Gado Gado, Nasi Goreng, and Mie Goreng, everything was well prepared and satisfying. The welcome ginger drink was refreshing, and there are good beverage options including tender coconut and local beer. Prices are slightly high, but the beautiful ambiance and photo friendly spots make it worth it.

All I can say is bali is a beautiful place to visit. The people are kind and the food is fresh. The atmosphere is always beautiful with the beautiful statues. The aura is always green💚
