I really enjoyed the warm and attentive service at the restaurant during my stay. There was a good range of breakfast options each morning, including fresh fruit, smoothies, egg dishes and classic Indonesian choices, and the hot coffees were always good. The restaurant itself is a lovely setting, with both upstairs and downstairs dining areas overlooking the pool. What really stood out was the service. The staff were always so friendly, kind and genuinely eager to make sure everything was okay. A special thank you to Listya, who was absolutely lovely, and to all of the restaurant team — I'm sorry I didn't manage to get everyone's names! Thank you for looking after me so well during my stay. 🤎

I love everything about this restaurant. Absolutely outstanding service provided by best crew I’ve ever experienced in Bali during my last 6 trips. The atmosphere in Alena is exactly what is making you come back. Food is fantastic, made with best quality products, served in most beautiful ways. Chef himself is a gem, skilled, passionate and caring towards his guests. Whole team will go above and beyond to make u feel like there is no world outside of Alena. It says a lot when u have as many pictures of your food as u do with views from your holidays 🙏🏼

I didn’t even stay at this hotel, but I decided to visit the restaurant because of all the amazing reviews, and it turned out to be the best decision. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and although the menu had a huge variety of dishes, every single thing we ordered was of exceptional quality and absolutely delicious. Everything was so good that we ended up overeating! The signature cocktails were also fantastic. It was a perfect dinner experience from start to finish. To top it all off, the desserts were absolutely amazing as well. I would definitely love to come back and try more dishes from the menu. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional — everything was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. Every dish we tried was simply delicious. Beyond the quality of the cuisine, the service truly stood out. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. A special shout-out to Listya and to Edy, who both took such great care of us. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their warm energy and genuine hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

I loved my time at Alena but especially the restaurant. As a solo traveller it can feel daunting being on your own for sooo long, especially after travelling with people, but the service at Alena was fantastic. There were so many people who made my experience big shout out to - Mika, Lisza The breakfast amazing, have the homemade granola soo much better than the processed stuff I have at home and very filling. Dinner everything tastes good, I have pork chops one evening, so good I could have bitten my hand off. Mie Goreng and Lunpia’s have my heart perfect lunchtime combo
