One of those simple street food finds in Ubud that made me happy. 😊 I stopped by to try this Batagor, a crispy fried dumpling filled with Spanish mackerel fish and served with a tasty peanut sauce. Nothing fancy, just freshly made, crunchy, savory, and really satisfying. For only 10K, I honestly didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be really good. The peanut sauce goes perfectly with the crispy batagor, and the portion is pretty nice for the price too. The seller is a young guy with a humble, friendly smile. The service is also really fast, which makes this little street-food experience even nicer. It’s always good to see someone serving simple food with such a positive attitude. The stall is right next to Indomaret, so it’s quite easy to find. If you happen to be around Ubud and feel like having an affordable local snack, give this Batagor a try. Simple, friendly, cheap, and most importantly, delicious. ❤️❤️❤️
