I have traveled to so many places and tried all types of restaurants, but nothing has been more horrible than my experience at this place. I stopped by after tennis because I was craving pork ribs, and I found this restaurant on Maps. I should have checked their lowest reviews first, hundreds of people have had really awful experiences with their waiters. Just because your business is crowded doesn’t justify the awful way your waitresses treat people who actually paid to eat there, not for free. I mean, I have never ever seen anything like this. Unbelievably disgusting behavior. It took 1 and a half hours for just the pork ribs to come, and I ordered nasi goreng to eat with them. But my nasi goreng came 30 minutes later, after I had already finished my ribs. So I didn’t finish the nasi goreng, I just left. I don’t think the owner doesn’t know about all these reviews and complaints about how rude the staff are. This is NOT OK. I don’t know, maybe the staff act like that because they are stressed or because the restaurant is understaffed. The restaurant should stop letting people in when they can’t handle the crowd, because how the hell is one waiter supposed to handle all tables?

Great food at a good price. However this place needs to be a little more organised. And they should find a way to grill the meat without the smoke blowing into the entrance onto the customers. Parking was across the street. Also the bathrooms can be fixed and cleaned and the place generally needs a scrub. However I'd still go back for the ribs.

The food here is absolutely amazing, I really enjoyed it! Prices are still pretty reasonable too, which is a big plus. Sometimes the service can be a bit hit or miss, with them saying no or that they can't do things, but overall it's a fantastic experience. Good news is that parking is provided, so no need to stress about that.

Great local famous spot. Amazing ribs value. Good taste. Does get insanly busy on weekends with sometimes two hour wait time. Week days they have no wait time. Comuniccation is hard. They have random side and back ribs. Even after a long explanation I still got the side ribs instead of the requested back ribs. Papaya juice was 100% tastless.

Here for the baby back ribs ofcourseee!!! Super affordable with generous portion, super satisfied!! Always packed! But service is not that bad, we waited 35 minutes only for the food. Very recommended!
