The stairs are a bit hidden and muddy, but it’s possible to use them and wander around the rice terraces freely

they are now closed as they realised tourists go through here. Security will chase you down and bring you to the official ticketing place

These are actually free stairs down into the rice terraces! Please be careful on them though the mossy bits are really slippery, me and my partner went FLYING! Lol

Free entrance, just walk down some stairs and you’re there!! Amazing
