We had an amazing experience at Cantik Agriculture. Our guide was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We loved learning how the coffee and teas are made and discovering the different ingredients used. The free tasting was a highlight! Enjoying the drinks while admiring the beautiful scenery was unforgettable. It’s also not overcrowded, which makes the experience feel authentic, peaceful, and truly unique. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Bali! I'm still delighted!
View on GoogleAmazing Tasting Experience & Stunning Views! If you are looking for a fun, family-friendly activity in Bali, definitely check out Cantik Agriculture! The plantation itself is on the smaller side, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for with its incredible, sweeping views over the valley. The guided tour was highly interesting and educational. We even got to try a 100% roasted cocoa bean—be warned, it is incredibly bitter, but a really cool thing to experience! The absolute highlight of the visit is the tasting flight. They bring out a massive spread of 15 different types of coffee and tea to try, along with some delicious sweet potato crisps to cleanse your palate between flavours. It was a really engaging and fun thing to do, and the kids absolutely loved it. Afterward, you can visit their on-site shop to buy bags of the blends you enjoyed most. Our absolute favorite of the day? The Avocado Coffee! It is smooth, unique, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend stopping by for the great hospitality, the fun tasting, and the beautiful photo opportunities!
View on GoogleA fascinating and enjoyable experience from start to finish. It was interesting to learn about the coffee-making process and see the coffee, cocoa, passion fruit, and other plants growing on site. Seeing the luwak and learning how the world's most expensive coffee is produced was particularly fascinating. Everything is organic and handmade, and we were even given the opportunity to try grinding the coffee ourselves. Our guide was informative, friendly, and happy to answer questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The tasting session was definitely the highlight. As someone who doesn't usually drink coffee, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed sampling the different varieties. The avocado coffee and ginseng coffee were my favourites, although the traditional Bali coffee and luwak coffee weren't quite to my taste. I also appreciated that there were both sugar and no-sugar options available for sale. I ended up purchasing several herbal teas and, somehow, despite arriving as a non-coffee drinker, left with three different types of coffee! 😂 A lovely organic experience that I'd happily recommend. Now I'll just have to keep coming back for more avocado coffee.
View on GoogleOur guide was wonderfully welcoming and deeply knowledgeable about coffee and tea production. During our tour of the grounds, he highlighted cocoa trees and explained the agricultural process. He also provided insightful historical context on why local workers were originally denied access to the harvest, ultimately giving rise to the famous Luwak coffee process.
View on GoogleA fantastic spot for coffee lovers and curious travelers alike! The plantation tour is informative, and the coffee tasting experience—especially trying the famous Luwak coffee—is a must. The lush green surroundings make for a peaceful and memorable visit. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area!
