We booked the Premium priced Sun Bed max 4 people sounded great. Reality wasnt quite the same. Arrived to find a tiny table and a Sun Bed that might squeeze 4 on at a push but you definitely are not Sun bathing comfortably with 4 on it. Probably size of a standard double bed. No other seating for those that can't fit on lounger. We we're seated in the VIP area but at no point did we feel like VIPs, area clearly barricaded off but everyone seemed to cross over and basically come to our lounger and start making Instagram videos, very annoying and not what I paid for. It seems everyone wants to fake the Premium insta pics but not pay for it. Service wasnt great, not even a complimentary bottle of water in 32⁰ heat. Every time we wanted to order it had to go physically find the waiting staff, I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot but if you want me to spend a minimum amount give me opportunity. Food was amazing though and so were drinks. Infinity pool has some amazing views and the waterfall is amazing. Good experience but I advise against any of the VIP packages as you definitely aren't treated like one and the area is invaded by those that want the better pics but don't want to pay premium price.

Dont miss this if you are visiting the waterfall We were served by Gede who was very polite. Not just him, entire staff went out of the way to make us welcome. We got a seat near small waterfall where it was breezy. Gede helped us select the best vegetarian dishes and they were fantastic. Place is huge with 3 floors and has fantastic views of the waterfall. It also has elevator in case you want to avoid the stairs

OMMA is absolutely STUNNING! We had our vow renewal beforehand at seperate location, then family get together here in VIP. We had a cake delivered that they were happy to allow aswell. We felt like we were superstars & here is why..... The staff ~ They were FaBuLoUs, very welcoming, super happy/bubbly & very helpful. The food ~ WOW doesn't even cover it, if I could have ate more I would have. Happy to accomodate allergies that were presented. Beautifully presented, amazing flavour, huge servings. The pool & surrounfing areas ~ What more can you ask for? Infinity pool with waterfall views, a bar & DJ... Perfect! The facilities ~ Plenty of towels available, plenty of staff to tend to any needs. Everyone was so lovely, definately something hubby & I won't ever forget. OMMA team you should be proud of yourselves for giving us such a memorable afternoon. Thank-You 🙏😊

The atmosphere and service were both fabulous. The cocktails were also delicious, however we ordered one of the platters and regretted it straight away, and wished we had just ordered separately on the menu. For the price the platter, it was just ok, it needed more sauce and excitement. Let's just say it looked better than it tasted sadly.

The venue itself is beautiful, and we had a good experience once we were finally settled at our table. The food was tasty, the drinks were great, and it is a lovely spot to spend time. However, the initial process of getting seated was a bit of a hurdle for our group of seven.We just wanted to drop in for a quick bite and a few drinks, but we had to go through a long discussion at reception regarding the seating rules. There are a lot of complex conditions and minimum spend tiers depending on whether you want to use the pool, sit near the water, or stay on the upper levels. It felt a bit overwhelming and put a dampener on the start of our visit.To be fair, the staff member we dealt with was just doing her job and following the rules given to her, so this isn't a critique of her service. It just feels like management’s seating policies are a bit too rigid and could be reviewed to make casual diners feel more comfortable. It’s a great place with good food, it just needs a smoother, more relaxed check-in process.
