Amazing place! Tour guide was so friendly and the place was so quiet and clean. They have done an amazing job cleaning after the big floods. We even saw monkeys up above us and finished off walking through a working rice field and farm. Would highly recommend, it feels like a hidden gem. You would need a moderate level of fitness and bring some little boat shoes or my husband just wore vans and they worked just fine too.
View on Google★★★★★ A fantastic adventure and a truly special nature experience! Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang is, in our opinion, suitable for almost anyone who enjoys a little adventure. The tour includes some climbing, swimming and wading through the water – and at one point you even cross the canyon on a rope. It is varied, exciting and a lot of fun. Our guides were absolutely fantastic: friendly, attentive and very experienced. You can immediately tell that they know every rock and every section of the canyon by heart. They also took some amazing photos of us, so we could take home not only great memories but also fantastic pictures of the experience. The tour takes around two hours and leads through an impressive and largely untouched natural landscape. A wonderful way to experience a different side of Bali away from the usual tourist attractions. One small tip: if you have sensitive feet, we strongly recommend wearing water shoes, as there are quite a few rocky sections. Overall, a fantastic experience – adventurous, fun, well organized and surrounded by beautiful nature. We would definitely recommend it!
View on GoogleI’d never heard of the Hidden Canyon before, but our lovely driver Gede suggested it as a stop to break up a long drive, and we were so glad he did because it ended up being a big highlight of our time in Bali! The entry price is inclusive of water, towels, showering/changing/locker facilities, lunch and a private guided tour of the three canyons. Our guide, Rayan, was so very kind and sweet, and took us through the canyons with great care and caution. He told us that as a child he used to play in the Canyons with his friends, so it really felt like being shown around someone’s childhood backyard/playground. It was also very quiet when we were there, around midday, which made the experience even more special and peaceful. The canyons themselves are very beautiful and the company clearly works hard to keep the area clean and pristine ! There was even a rope swing that was so much fun, and at the end you walk back around to the start point through some beautiful quiet rice terraces. I would really recommend this location/tour to those who enjoy nature and being outdoors. The only two things I would note to those considering it: - to see all three canyons, you do need to have a bit of a base level of fitness as for large parts of it you are rock-hopping and in some sections you need to swim. But the guide will tell you in detail where to step and where there are rocks under water. But the tour is very flexible as well - Rayan asked whether we wanted to see all three canyons, whether we wanted to walk or swim sections, etc. - I regretted not wearing some sort of shirt or rash vest + board shorts for the tour, only because while going through the canyons there’s lots of swimming, but at the end you walk through the rice fields and I felt a bit disrespectful to the local people for walking around in a swimsuit! Such a beautiful experience and memory. Thank you! 🙏
View on GoogleWe visited the canyon with my husband, and it was a real adventure! The price is 300k and includes everything you need: a guide, lockers, a waterproof bag, showers, lunch, and of course unforgettable experiences. Some parts of the route were challenging, but the guide was incredibly helpful — with him it was much easier to overcome every difficult section. After the first canyon, there is an option to turn back if you feel like you’re not ready to continue, which is very convenient. During the trail, we climbed rocks, crossed the river, jumped off cliffs into the water, rode a rope swing, and walked through incredibly beautiful rice fields. Definitely recommend visiting!
View on GoogleOne of my absolutely favourite Bali adventure days! So beautiful being in nature next to all that earthy rock and great moving your body climbing and swimming, there were 10 of us for a birthday and couldn’t recommend it more, the guides were lovely and the food was delicious!
