Loved it here! Gift for the soul. Stayed at Villa Puri Purnama right on the beach which has a pool & all conveniences. If you want serenity this is it. 10 Min stroll along the beach to Komune Resort, Keramas. The black volcanic sand sparkles with minerals & I was impressed how clean the beach is. Locals were very warm & friendly. On a clear day you can see Lembongan. Very good Warungs for food in vicinity who will deliver to Villa Puri Purnama. Best time of my stay in Bali. Will return. Transport required.

Every beach is beautiful if you keep it clean, especially from plastic trash. This beach is good for relaxing or take a walk, since it's a quiet place. Not good to watch sunset but if you like a quiet beach then this is not a bad choice. I come here with my wife and son only to watch the waves after a busy day. At least, this beach is not as crowded as Lebih, Sanur, or Seminyak.

Swimmable black sand beach with Mount Agung view in the north, and if it's a clear sky you can see Nusa Penida in the east. The beach is clean, and it has a jogging track also.

Beautiful view of the mountains, sky, and sun all from the shoreline. Soft waves and warm waters. It was my first time seeing black sand, and I loved it. People should work to keep the beach clean. There was a lot of trash in the water and washed up on shore, so I tried picking up what I saw.

Great beach, great black sand, good waves. Really quiet not a lot of people, semi virgin beach
