We spent 3 nights at the resort and ate at Timur Kitchen every night and we were very impressed with all dishes we tried. The prices in this restaurant even though it's housed in the resort is very reasonable, even the cocktails and we didn't feel like we were been overcharged by the resort, kudos to the management for keeping the price point right. Views from the restaurant are wonderful, you are seated right in the front watching the waves crashing in and a delightful way to enjoy your meal. The kitchen staff here are really well trained as it shows in all the dishes we tried, they were all perfectly seasoned, prepared wonderfully and every dish was packed with flavour and tasted very nice. I would recommend to go with their daily dinner specials (needs to be ordered 6hrs in advance).

Everything was wonderful and very nice, the food, the service, and especially Sofia, who was very friendly and served us quickly.

Very average fair, poor service. Our group reserved a large table for lunch, wait staff was very inattentive. One person ordered and waitress disappeared. Came back with that diner’s order and finally took our orders, except for one of us! Got the waitress back, put in the order, and food came in dribs and drabs, and when one person received their side dish of cauliflower (well after the main arrived), it was cold (meant to be a hot dish). There was only one other occupied table (a couple) and yet the six wait staff basically hid out near the kitchen (far from our table). Wait staff impossible to wave over, completely uninterested in doing their jobs. Now the food is such a mismatch with the Komaneka brand. Just a small number of the usual Indonesian and Chinese dishes, a dry, grilled salmon and a tough fillet steak …”merely all the Ho-hum menu items you’d encounter at any ordinary Denpasar eatery. Nothing inventive or special. Beautiful setting but not worth the bother of going all the way out here, to have to choose from this utterly pathetic menu, served by a staff more interested in their gossip.

Truly amazing food and service. Visited nearly every evening we stayed in the Komaneka Hotel. Never a bad experience, the service is excellent. Staff are the best part though. Some of the most beautiful people we ever met, we were super well looked after. Thanks to all the staff for their care and attention.

Went for breakfast, even though we weren’t guests at the 5-star hotel, and had a lovely experience that definitely matched the number of stars. The breakfast menu caters to both sweet tooths and salty cravings. We each had a main item, along with a fruit platter and a bread basket (which ended up being more than we could handle, hehe…) 🙈 The food was good, and we enjoyed the calming music and the front-row view of the sea. But the highlight was the amazing service. Our main waiter (I think his name started with “J” but names and I don’t get along well) was a delight. He made us feel welcome and brought such a good vibe ☺️ Thank you! 🫶
