I read on the internet that this place serves one of the best food in singaraja area. Tried it and it was good, not great though. The place is small but clean, parking can be a little difficult. Serving time also pretty quick, ordered their signature siobak and bakso. Taste is good, but for me it lacks a kicks in spice, it doesn't like an usual siobak that have very sweet taste. It doesn't taste sweet, it's more in the umami and spicy side. Meat is tender, withour any rubbery. Satay also very tasty, they don't use sambal kacang, but using regular sambal instead.

Signature food for Balinese too. Siobak is parts of the pork meat; the meat, ear, tongue, liver, with special sauce. Should give a try if you want something different!
