This restaurant is conveniently located near our workplace and offers a very pleasant dining atmosphere. The environment is extremely green, clean, and well-maintained, with many plants surrounding the area. These plants create a calm and refreshing ambiance, making the place feel cool and comfortable even during busy hours. It is a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal, especially after a long working morning. The restaurant provides a variety of seating options to suit different needs, including gazebos, enclosed indoor rooms, and open-air dining areas. The seating capacity can accommodate up to 20 people, which makes it ideal for group lunches, meetings, or casual gatherings with colleagues. Overall, the layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite, and they try to assist customers as best as they can. However, there was an issue with the service that affected our experience. We had placed our food order one day in advance and specifically requested that the meals be served at 12:15 PM. Unfortunately, when we started our lunch at 12:45 PM, the food had still not been served. This delay was quite disappointing, especially since the order had already been confirmed beforehand. In conclusion, this restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, fresh air, and flexible dining spaces, which are its main strengths. With better time management and improved service efficiency, especially for pre-ordered meals, this place has the potential to offer a much better overall dining experience.

Great place. Nice, cozy. Great fish dishes, and a great selection. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. We had lunch there four times. But we could have had more, but we had to travel home. If I'm in Bali again, I'll definitely eat there many times.🙂

Came to Segara Bambu with friends for a seafood dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food truly delivered — everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and cooked beautifully. One small note: the grilled clam was good, but if they could go a little lighter on the sambal on top of it, it would let the natural sweetness of the clams shine even more. The real standout of the night, though, was their vegetable dishes — absolutely stellar! Every vegetable plate we tried was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, stealing the show from the seafood (which says a lot). Service was also top-notch: warm, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. Definitely planning to come back!

They put the service in a very high standard. Besides, the foods are amazing!! Tasted very Jimbaran but not that spicy as Balinese tongue 😁 Today we're celebrate my Mom's bday. And we're very satisfied. Perfect team, thanks. We can feed fish too!

What a pleasure to have spent time here, we both were amazed by this place, with its pond full of life and beautiful lotus flowers. We went for all seafood and again, loved it. The service provided by the Waitress is also impeccable, we will be back for sure 🪷
