Our waiter try to be nice and friendly to us. All the other staff acting with a high nose and showing us less care about the quality of food and service. Compare to other Pizza Hut stores in Bali this was absolutely disaster from the beginning until the payment.

The food was okay, but the service could be better. We had to wait quite a while for our order, and the staff weren’t very clear when explaining the available promos. A bit more friendliness and clearer communication would really improve the experience.

The food is delicious, spaghetti menu has different topping and various taste, and luckily we got buy 1 get 1 juice...

While it’s under construction, but give their best approach to us as a costumers. Celebrate the birthday of our beloved daughter, got 40% discount price of the pizza. Thank you for the warmth atmosphere and the welcome also.

Great place to have dinner with your beloved one! Located in West Gatsu, this Pizza Hut outlet was really easy to find. The staff will welcome you politely by opening the door for you while entering the restaurant. You dont need to be worry about the parking area because they have large space for it. I and my friend ordered tuna melt pizza (my favoritoooo🤩), salmon mentai mayo pasta, and chicken wings (forgot the menu name) for the meals. Beside that, we also ordered Italian Red Soda and Winter Punch for the beverages. All menu taste good. For some people maybe the price would be lil bit pricey but I think it worth the taste, portion, and service🥰
