We stayed at The Cakra Hotel for one night with my wife and child, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable for resting after a full day of exploring Bali. The hotel grounds were also spacious and well maintained, making it a great place to stay with family. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. My child was very happy playing in the pool, and we had a lovely time relaxing together as a family. The facilities were good and everything we used was in proper condition. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful from the moment we arrived until check-out. The location is also quite convenient and not too far from the Sanur area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Cakra Hotel. It is comfortable, peaceful, family-friendly, and has great service. Definitely worth 5 stars!

We stayed 3 nights at the Cakra Hotel. It was a great location choice and affordable to us. We had some sound isolation issue in our room after our first night staying and requested for a room swap. We reported to the front desk managers, Purniati, Anya and Berlin were so helpful and promptly responded to our request. We appreciated their effort to get us new rooms and we had a satisfied experience with them.

When we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful though the language barrier was hard but you can't help that, I wished they had invested in some fans around the reception because it gets really hot from morning.|Room was nice though there were some areas not clean in the bathroom but the feeling of a holiday was there.|Buffet, abit dissapointed with the choices but lucky they provided cereal pancakes for kids. |Dinner had lots of choices where was great.|Overall we enjoyed ourselves, some areas need to be looked at but it is what it is.

They have a 24 hours gym which is small but has a decent amount of things to get a good workout. Lots of dumbells. The pool is decent it does require some maintenance here and there with some tiles. The water in the morning is cold but later on in the late afternoon it warms up from the warm afternoons it is a great time for using the pool. The room was decent. With decent wifi had minor issues with wifi but over all quite good. The morning break fast was good except the scrambled eggs i had made smelt and tasted like they were rotten I dont know how their staff couldn’t smell it. I didnt eat it past the smallest nibble to see what was up. The breakfast buffet all in all is decent selection but you have to come early before things run out. The location is quiet compared to other areas like canggu so it has its pros and it isnt too far from some nearby malls with a short grab drive. There is also some pilates classes there and some billiards which all looked pretty cool to try. All in all i would consider to return here again. The place does have construction going on i think around the tennis court area they are building.

Definitely feels like a family-friendly hotel and would also be great for office gatherings or group trips. The highlight is their long swimming pool, which is probably what they’re most known for.The amenities are pretty basic, but the location is convenient if you want to explore Sanur and still stay within a reasonable distance from the airport. A solid option for a comfortable and affordable stay.
