The bathrooms and changing rooms are really makeshift, just sheet metal made into rooms. I ordered Tea, Milo, Lumpia, Nugget and fries, mie goreng ayam kecap, chitato 2 packets total120rb. No receipt. The staff are barely around, let alone smiling or greeting you. The order took a very long time to arrive. Really not worth it. The swimming pool entrance fee is 20rb and the water is cloudy too. Hopefully improvements will be made soon,

Disappointed!!! She says she's the manager but orders customers around like her own staff! Wanted to unwind but ended up getting angry! A short female staff member wearing glasses. That's all and thank you.😊

first… the staff have no coordination at all, the woman at the cashier already asked where I was sitting, but in the end the waiter didn't know which table was mine.. and I ordered 2 times, they thought I hadn't paid, poor communication or what, I really don't get the staff here.. second.. bought nasi goreng ayam, no flavor for a price of 35k…. third, for moms and dads bringing kids, you have to stay on standby all the time, even though you pay 20k, there's no Lifeguard watching.. fourth.. public facilities like the toilets are dirty and stink, there are discarded drink bottles around the pool.. at least fix a couple of things, recommended for a family tourist spot.. thank you🙏🏻

The cashier's manners were unbelievably bad. Ordered menu items listed as mie goreng ayam kecap and mie soto kuah. I thought it was normal to expect fried noodles with chicken and soto with chicken (not instant noodles being served). There was no wording at all saying they were instant noodles. And no confirmation at all. When asked and checking why they were instant noodles, the response was so rude, even the apology was rude. Unbelievable...
