Please..I dare u to delete ur reccomendation from socmed of this place, especially for Balinese influencer, this is not worth it at all. The seller was not friendly at all! No smile no ask anything, the taste was bad, the price? Dang 50k, in Ubud u can have bagul cheaper and more delicious. Ambience? Beside the busiest street ever. Scam for tourist, even local or foreign.

This is the 3rd Babi Guling I had tried so far. To be fair, for 50k you get a fairly big serving of pork, sausage, crispy skin other spices condiments, as compared to the 25k stalls. Not forgetting a bowl of spiced rich pork broth with banana stems(interesting). I paid another 50k for a package of extra pork meat + skin. Taste is very pretty good, ambience not at all, parking is a problem if you drive.

Nice food! Using Banana tree for the soup, hence sweeter.

Overall taste is good, price was a bit over. 2 person cost 105K. Was booming in 1990’s never missed to come😀😀, family and friend meeting point for babi guling. The “ kulit” pork is not crispy, too hard. Drink temu lawak, i was surprise they dont sell mineral water anymore🤪🤪.

Not sure what the hype is about this place was charged 50k for the Babi guling. The pork skin wasn’t crispy it was soft which let the whole dish down the whole dish was cold as well. I went to the toilet & saw the kitchen at the back & looked very unhygienic. My friend got sick after eating also. I’ve had cheaper & far better quality. The guy who served us was friendly though, that’s probably the only thing that was good about this place unfortunately or maybe we came on an off day where the food wasn’t good, either way I won’t be trying it again.
