I’ve now dined at Three Monkeys Sanur three times over the past two years, and somehow they continue to exceed my expectations every single visit. This time we started with the heated Italian mixed olives with sourdough and the bruschetta with mozzarella on sourdough. The olives were absolutely delicious, and while they were a little more generous with the mozzarella on my previous visit, it was still a fantastic entrée overall. For mains we ordered the grass-fed sirloin steak with caramelised onion, garlic, sautéed bok choy and mashed potato, the burnt butter and sage ravioli, and the pork belly. Every single main was outstanding. The star of the night though—once again—was the burnt butter and sage ravioli. I genuinely don’t know how something can taste that good. It’s honestly unbelievable. 🤣 For dessert we shared the ricotta cheesecake with salted caramel gelato and the lime tart. The gelato was excellent, the cheesecake was a little dry if I’m being honest, but the lime tart was absolutely exceptional. For everything in the photos, including entrées, mains and desserts, the total came to around 1.3 million IDR, which I thought was excellent value considering the quality of the food, service and atmosphere. Ratings: * Entrées: 9/10 * Mains: 10/10 * Desserts: 7/10 * Atmosphere: 10/10 * Staff friendliness: 10/10 * Overall food: 10/10 I generally prefer to travel and eat where the locals eat, whether I’m in Bali or anywhere I holiday - But every now and then I enjoy a great restaurant, and Three Monkeys is one of those places that completely justifies it every single time. Highly recommended if you’re in Sanur.
View on GoogleWe were recommended to try Three Monkeys in Sanur, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was okay — not mind-blowing, but decent and enjoyable. The service, however, was amazing. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal feel relaxed. It’s a very chill spot, perfect for unwinding after a day out. If you’re looking for a casual dinner place around Sanur Beach, this is a comfortable and easy option to consider.
View on GoogleVisited the restaurant the Three Monkeys, Sanur. The food was really good and tasty. The staff were really nice. The restaurant is simple but decorative. The pizza is not recommended But all the other food was good Parking is a problem if you come with our own car
View on GoogleThe food was delectable. Ambience, serene service spot on. The whole evening spent here, in great company, was amazing. Terimakasih 😊
View on GoogleThis restaurant is absolutely amazing - the food, the service and THE BEST MARGARITAS in Bali! I cannot recommend this venue enough! The food was absolute perfection! Everything we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection. But gosh the spiced ginger margarita stole the show. As Aussies we love a spicy margarita but struggle to find one remotely close to a margarita in Australia but these were better than what we would get at home for half the price. The upper deck is quiet and breezy with a beautiful ambiance. We are excited to go back and do it all again before we leave Sanur. You really must try this beautiful Greek restaurant for truly amazing Greek food.
